Welcome to the PTSA Website for Riverside High School

On behalf of the RHS PTSA, Welcome to Riverside! We are thrilled to have you as part of our community. As a PTSA, our goal is to foster and support positive relationships between the students, staff, parents and surrounding community. We have a great PTSA board and welcome you to be a part of it. There are so many ways to be involved. We invite you to join our PTSA, become a partner in our Friends of Riverside campaign—either as a family or business, or volunteer your time or talents to our various events. Feel free to browse our website for more information and to find ways to get connected. We look forward to meeting you.

SPIRIT WEEK IS COMING!
September 29 - October 6

Ask any student their favorite part of the school year and the overwhelming answer will be spirit week. Spirit week gives students a break from the everyday routine and allows them to embrace their fun-loving, silly, excitable selves for eight days. Between buyouts, dress-up days, after school and evening events, and different breakfasts and lunches, there really is something for every student (and parent!) to enjoy! It's not just about making school fun and spirited – we are also making an impact on our community. This year, STUCO is proud to support Make-A-Wish as our spirit week recipient. The goal is to raise $130,000, which will grant seventeen wishes in Greenville County.

National PTA Reflections 2023-2024

Does your student enjoy art, music and dance or have an interest in writing, producing films or taking photos? Then join us in encouraging your child to have fun unleashing their inner artist with PTA Reflections!

This year’s theme, “I am Hopeful Because...,” calls for their unique interpretation through the arts. Students will enjoy rewards and recognition for their effort, and their judged entry may be selected as a winner at the school, district, state, or national level.

We are also in need of Level I Volunteers to staff the store. Shifts are divided into two slots to be more accommodating for schedules. Any help is appreciated, but we encourage you to work both shifts when available. Check out the Volunteer schedule below and sign up. Thank you for your support!
