Welcome to the PTSA Website for Riverside High School
On behalf of the RHS PTSA, welcome to our Riverside family! As a PTSA, our goal is to advocate for our students in our school, our community, and in governing decisions. We also foster and support positive relationships between the students, staff, parents and surrounding community. We have a great PTSA board and welcome you to be a part of it. There are many ways to be involved. We encourage you to become a member. We are also looking for partners in our Friends of Riverside campaign—either as a family or business, Consider volunteering your time or talents to our various events. Feel free to browse this website for more information and to find ways to get connected. We look forward to meeting you.

National PTA Reflections 2025-2026
Does your student enjoy art, music and dance or have an interest in writing, producing films or taking photos? Then join us in encouraging your child to have fun unleashing their inner artist with PTA Reflections!
This year’s theme, “I Belong!,” calls for their unique interpretation through the arts. Students will enjoy rewards and recognition for their effort, and their judged entry may be selected as a winner at the school, district, state, or national level.

Support our RHS Staff
Consider a Donation to our Sunshine and Hospitality Committees

Sunshine Committee provides sheet cakes each month for our staff who are celebrating a birthday. We are hoping to get all ten of the $55 cakes donated. A placard will be placed with the cakes to recognize your donation. Please consider signing up for a month and then pay in Givebacks. The teachers are so thankful.

Help support the RHS PTSA's Hospitality Committee by making a donation of any amount. This money will be used directly toward monthly teacher appreciation efforts during the current school year. Examples include the Welcome Back Luncheon, International Luncheon, SOUPer Bowl Luncheon, and Teacher Appreciation Week.

School Store is OPEN
School Store will be open daily during all lunch shifts as volunteers are available. We have several new menu items this year with prices ranging from $0.50-$2.00. Drinks are now $2.00. We accept payment as cash, credit/debit card, or through CashApp. Minimum charge is $1. We can't wait to see you!

We are also in need of a consistent pool of volunteers to staff the store. It allows us to remain open each day. Believe it or not, there are quite a few kids who use our store as their lunch option for the day. We will take any time you have to donate! Even if it's one time. Ideally, we’re looking for teams of 2 to sign up for once a month. So, find a friend, pick a day that works for you and commit to it for the year. Please note, if you're new and don't know what to do, no worries. Jamie Cramer or Trisha Bryant work every Wednesday and will be happy to assist and teach you the ropes. It's very easy to learn. Check out the Volunteer schedule below and sign up. Thank you!

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
The PTSA is a volunteer based organization. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
