Help our hospitality chair plan teacher events. Send in food and other items as requested. Currently set up and serving at various hospitality events is on hold.
"Class of" Support
Be a volunteer adult to assist each class with planning and executing their respective duties.
Reach out to Business Partners
A great volunteer opportunity for parents/guardians that are not afraid to approach local businesses to partner with Riverside High! Flexible hours and training provided!
PTSA School Store
This is PTSA's largest source of recurring funds from food sales and school supply sales. Helpers are needed during lunch and after school daily. Pick a day each month to help out and join the fun!
HANDS ON RIVERSIDE (Landscaping & Community Outreach)
Volunteers are needed for regular watering, updating annual beds, planning and executing work days in larger areas of the campus, and planning and executing campus improvements to make Riverside as beautiful on the outside as the inside.
Lots of volunteers needed for various activities planned throughout the week before, during, and after school.
Help selling tickets, assisting students in developing a theme and decorating for the event.
Warrior Nation Inclusiveness & Diversity Committee
Implement and support programs, policies, and communication that cultivate a supportive and inclusive Warrior Nation.
Each year, the media center must inventory its entire collection. Volunteers are needed to help scan each item. Volunteers can come for as little as 30 minutes at a time to help out.
Red Ribbon Week
Volunteers help plan and execute activities for the week in late October before and during school.
Volunteers with proficiencies in core academic areas of math, english, science, and social studies are needed. Times are flexible to your schedule and help our students maintain and achieve their highest academic level.
This is the national PTA's signature event each year to encourage the arts among students. Students are encouraged to participate one or more of the categories: visual art, video, photography, music, and others. Volunteers assist in promoting the program to students, collecting and processing entries, and coordinating judging and awards at the RHS.
Holiday Fair Committee & Support
Reaching out to vendors, organizing and promoting this RHS fun event.
Speak to students about your training/career and help students see the many areas they can share their talents as they being to consider their college path or career field.
